There are several online training programs depending on if this is your first half marathon or you are a seasoned half marathoner.
Most are ~12 weeks so "official" training should start in August.
The RACE DAY PACE TEAM is provided by Princeton Running Company. There will be 2 pacers for every 5-minute increment between 1:40 and 2:15. PRC invites you to stop by the store for all your running needs from apparel to nutrition… then join them every Thursday night for their weekly group run.
